Do you have questions about the waiting list or other issues and would like to speak to us? We can be reached on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 09:00 to 13:00 on 020-7701603.

Existing parents

Because we are outside a lot and have a small support team, we recommend communicating as much as possible via the Flexkids App or with your own location manager.

Please note the following points of attention:

  • Signing out of attendance via the ParentApp.
  • Requesting an extra day through the ParentApp.
  • Do you have something special to report about your child that day? Put it in the App: Reception calendar/day of reception/ note. Then it will also reach the right staff member for that day.
  • Contractual adjustments; expansion, new registrations or (partial) cancellations , please email
    to plaatsing@natuurfontein.nl.
  • Occasional days once approved can NOT be cancelled at no cost.
  • Group phone numbers are located in Flexkids parent App under 'Information'.
